Thursday

7:00 PM  Registration Begins
7:30 PM  Pilgrims enter conference room
7:30 PM  Sponsor’s Hour

Saturday

5:30 PM  Serving the Team & Pilgrims dinner
7:30 PM  Gather to prepare for Gut Bucket (change into costumes, preview jokes, etc.)
7:45 PM  Enter conference room and present Gut Bucket to pilgrims
8:10 PM  Gut Bucket ends (leave conference room; change out of costumes, etc.)
8:25 PM  Begin Community Worship Service in Sanctuary
9:45 PM  Finish Community Worship Service; prepare for Candlelight
10:00 PM (approximate!) Candlelight Service begins; pilgrims enter Sanctuary

Sunday

4:45 PM  Community members gather in Sanctuary for Closing
5:00 PM  Closing
